I installed two of these more than 5 months and 30k miles ago onto my 2001 Yukon. They are working flawlessly since. The key is to torque everything to specification and in accordance with the repair manual's proceedure. Especially the axle nut! Tightening blindly or using an air gun on the axle nut will cause this, or any other hub, to fail prematurely, if not immediately. If you just slap parts on then you can count on doing it two or three times.

Hi Coach, good question! No, there is no need to bleed the brake lines for replacing this hub assembly on your pickup. I can provide additional information on the removal/installation of the front hub assembly but I will need you to provide the year, make, model and engine size of your application.

The wheel bearing may be the possible cause of the problem. However, I would suggest taking your vehicle to a certified mechanic for a proper diagnosis before buying and having parts installed that may not (solve/be) the problem.
