I installed two of these more than 5 months and 30k miles ago onto my 2001 Yukon. They are working flawlessly since. The key is to torque everything to specification and in accordance with the repair manual's proceedure. Especially the axle nut! Tightening blindly or using an air gun on the axle nut will cause this, or any other hub, to fail prematurely, if not immediately. If you just slap parts on then you can count on doing it two or three times.

Great product and so far so good.

Comments about Driveworks Hub and Bearing Assembly:

This product was good and very easy to install. I enjoyed the speedy shipping and the ease of use for the website. One downfall on this product is the hole the original dust cap covers up over the spindle nut, was a too large. I had to rig up the old dustcap with electrical tape and silicone to make it take up the added space. I would recommend this product and I will buy it again if and when the time comes.

Comments about Driveworks Hub and Bearing Assembly:

When I received the wheel bearing from the store after placing a online order, I arrived home to inspect the part and realized it has been installed already. This was not too big of a deal for me, but it made me wonder why all the ABS wire retainers where chewed up and why it was returned. Granted it did not appear to have been driven on, but still an unknown answer. I might go back to the store to verify the part has not been swapped with another unknown branded bearing. We shall see how long this 1 year warranty china made part will last in a GMC 1500???

I PURCHASED THIS PRODUCT TWO YEARS AGO TO REPLACE A FAILED LEFT FRONT BEARING ON A 01 SILVERADO 4X4.I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE QUALITY AND THE FACT THAT IT CAME WITH THE ABS SENSOR.PURCHASED IT ON LINE AND PICKED IT UP AN HOUR LATER. LAST WEEK I FOUND I HAD TO REPLACE THE RIGHT SIDE. BACK TO MY FRIENDS AT ADVANCE AUTO. ORDERED ON LINE PICKED UP HALF HOUR LATER, EASY AND CONVENIENT. THE JOB HOWEVER WAS MISERABLE,OLD BEARINGS WERE TOTALLY RUSTED IN PLACE. IF NOT FOR THAT PROBLEM THE JOB WOULD HAVE BEEN A SNAP. I REALLY APPRECIATE MY LOCAL ADVANCE AUTO STORE AND THE COUNTER FOLKS WHO HAVE BEEN A BIG HELP IN FINDING DIFFICULT TO LOCATE PARTS FOR MY CLASSIC CORVETTE AS WELL.

My brother in law put this part on in about 1 hour and it's working fine. The part was a reasonable price with the online ordering discount and overall save my about 275.00 on the overall fix. Like that it comes with a new ABS cable.

I can provide additional information on the removal/installation of the front hub assembly but I will need you to provide the year, make, model and engine size of your application.
