Comments about Driveworks Hub and Bearing Assembly:

Worked perfectly. Proper fit. Solved my issue. Be advised on the question/answer section it was asked if the replacement spindle nut was included and was told no, but in fact, a new spindle nut was in box. I have to replace the 2 pack of nuts I bought as they were not needed. Other than that, very happy. Description does need to say nut comes in box to avoid confusion.

                  Buy the Moog instead

                  By

                  from Upstate New York

Comments about Driveworks Hub and Bearing Assembly:

I bought this hub unit, installed it correctly and torqued it properly, but it was out of spec. The inner race was too big for the spindle, and I could not eliminate the play in the bearings. After it was properly torqued, I could still grab the front wheel at 12 and 6 o'clock and rock it back and forth just like you would with a bad bearing. Very poor quality and fit. I took it right off and returned it and had to get the Moog, which was more money but is a quality unit.

Please refer to the manufacturer's specifications for the proper torque application. This hub fits a couple different models, and each model probably calls for a different specification. I can check to see if we have a repair manual for your vehicle if you provide the model information.

The correct spindle nut for your 1997-2004 Dodge Dakota RWD or 1997-2003 Dodge Durango RWD is Dorman Autograde Part No. 615-186.
