            A:

Hi Jerry, glad to serve you! This part does not require any special tools. However, you would need grease for installation. For help with your project, I recommend purchasing a Haynes or Chilton repair manual specifically for your vehicle. This should be able to assist you further into detail on how to repair or replace specific parts.

        • Q:

          will i need a puller?
Asked on 4/21/2011 by tom from marblehead, ohio

          1 answer

          • A:

You dont need a puller but some times it helps. It axle it designed to slide in and out of the center of the hub. If it gets a little sticky use PB blaster and tap the axle inward with a rubber mallet or a peice of wood and a hammer, that should brake it loose and you shold have no issues.
