I replaced both front bearings on my vehicle. I noticed immediately that the bearings were noisy, that didn't bother me terribly as long as they would last. Unfortunately, a few months later the right started to come apart. Then a month later the left came apart. I am quite dissapointed in the overall low quality with this product and will never purchase or recommend this manufacturer again.

I've purchased one of these for my Dodge ram 1500 a couple of years ago, And this one for my 98 Durango a in April this year. I've read a lot of negative reviews of this product and I admit that I wonder if the folks who are having this problem bothered to toque it to the recommended spec or are they just reefing it down? I toque mine to book spec and have had no problems.

Comments about Driveworks Hub and Bearing Assembly:

The bearing in this hub assembly started making noise after about 2500 miles and at 4000, it HAS to come out. I usually do my own work but this was installed by a local mechanic and unfortunately for them, this is under warranty. I offered to pay the difference in price between this and a Moog hub. Poorly made parts like this puts small shops out of business. Please Advance, stop carrying this hub!!

Well this all depends on the skill level of whoever is removing or replacing the part. Some may have a harder time than others who have experience. I would recommend purchasing a Haynes repair manual specifically for your vehicle. This should be able to assist you further into detail on how to repair or replace specific parts.

No 2 wheel ABS means it only has ABS on the rear wheels and no sensors on the front, if you have sensors in front hubs you will need a hub marked 4 wheel ABS

2 wheel ABS (Anti-lock Braking System) means you have rear wheel anti-lock brakes. The type of brakes (drum or disk) does not matter. Hope this helps.
