Comments about Driveworks Hub and Bearing Assembly:

This was not a hard part to install. It was difficult to get the old one off. You may need tools to pull off the brake rotor from the hub and to pull the hub off the car. The older the car the more difficult it can be.

      Bad after 3 months

      By

      from NY

Comments about Driveworks Hub and Bearing Assembly:

I installed this bearing at the end of April 2015. It has been 3 months and this bearing is bad and grinding like I have never heard before. I have never had a bearing only last 3 months. 3 thumbs down. Now off to store to get replacement. Hopefully the new one lasts longer....

Bought rear hubs but Inclosed instructions were for front hubs. After checking online I found some instructions for removal of the rear hubs. Once I found out what I needed it wasn't too bad of a job.

Hi Drew, glad to assist you! As there may be various reasons for this problem, I would suggest that you to take your vehicle and get it thoroughly checked by a certified mechanic before buying any parts that may/may not solve the problem.

                        A:

Usually the vehicle manufacturer has a set limit on how much play a hub can have. You may want to see if you can get a repair manual for your vehicle or call your local dealer to see what the specification is on your vehicle.
