This rear bearing fixed my noise issue but was a little difficult to install. The problem was no fault of the new bearing put was because of the rust we get on cars here in Michigan. It took some heat from a torch and some blows with a sledge hammer to get the old one free.

The hub assembly was easy to install in a 2007 Saturn Vue. Quiet operation so far. ABS sensor connects well without issues.
If you buy this hub assembly, make sure it is for a Do-It-Yourself installation. The quality control on the hub assembly is not great. I paid a shop to have both rear hub assemblies changed, and the ABS components were defective on one of the assemblies.
I didn't want to pay the shop a second time to have the defective hub assembly replaced, so I replaced the assembly myself. It was a piece of cake to change. Once the wheel and brake drum are off the vehicle, there are 4, 13mm bolts to remove. Since the assembly being replaced was new, it came right out with a couple taps of a hammer. The brake shoes stay in place, but rear brake drum housing will need to be held in place while with hub assembly is changed.
Advance Auto Parts was excellent in handling the part exchange, but I do not know if I would buy this part again. I bought another brand of hub assembly for the front and have had zero issues.

              • Q:

Is this the right part for a 2007 Pontiac Torrent with ABS rear wheel assembly. I ask because the last one I bought is 1/4" smaller then the one on my car. This one seems to be the same. I pulled my owners manual and it says 2007 Pontiac Torrent. But this part seems to not line up with the back bolt spread.
