      A:

I'm glad to assist, Racecap! The difficulty of installing this Driveworks Suspension Rear Lower Control Arm (Part No. 520-368) on the 1999-2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee will vary based on your skill level. The vehicle must be raised and the rear axle must be supported. There are two bolts to remove before you can remove the lower control arm. The installation is the reverse of the removal.

For more detailed replacement instructions, including torque specifications, I suggest purchasing a repair manual for your vehicle (Haynes Part No. 50025).

Is this price for one or both?

Could these cause a rattle in the rear of the Jeep when going over small bumps?

Hi OT, glad to assist you! This part is sold individually. A bad suspension control arm could cause a rattle in the vehicle when going over bumps.
