Comments about Driveworks Control Arm Front Lower Left:

I bought both left and right control arm assy's because my 05 Escape needed new ball joints. other than removing rusty ten year old bolts (3) it was fairly easy. I was happy that the whole assy was available for this vehicle because usually you would buy the ball joint and possibly each bushing as well and press the parts in and out. for about 60 bucks each this was a no brainer. Only thing was I bought left and right and they came from different manufactures. store clerk said one came from CARQUEST which they own now. the left was better because it had grease zerk at ball joint and new pinch bolt. the right side did not which caused a small hassle do to the condition of the old bolt that came out. also no greaser zerk. did a basic eye-ball alignment to get it close. drives much better now. love the online discounts too.
