    • Q:

Which way do I install? My toyota manual says to install a new a/c filter with the arrow facing up, but on this part if I do that the model number and letters will read upside down. In short which way do I install this in my 2004 corolla. Thanks!

filter arrows indicate direction of air flow.
take out old filter, turn on fan, stick part of a paper towel in the hole, and see which way the air flows without letting go of the paper towel.

I'm happy to help, Joy! The arrows on the cabin air filter for your 2004 Toyota Corolla indicate the direction of air flow. I suggest following the indication in your owner's manual unless the part has any instructions indicating otherwise. The direction of the print on the filter like the model number is not an indication of installation direction.
