      I'm glad to assist, Lightning Bob! The transfer case control module is located on the passenger side under the plastic kick panel on the right side on the 1999 Chevrolet Blazer LT with the 4.3L V6.

      This Dorman - Renew Remanufactured Transfer Case Control Module (Part No. 599-102) is engineered for Blazers with the push button shift (four button select).

      Hi Carl, glad to help you! I have searched and found that the transfer case control module is located behind the passenger side front inside wall panel next to glove box. For help with your project, I recommend purchasing a Haynes or Chilton repair manual specifically for your vehicle. This should be able to assist you further into detail on how to repair or replace specific parts.
