I bought this to replace my original fan after the blades started to crack and rub against the housing. I wish replacement blades were available for the OEM part but I was unable to find one.
The fan is much louder than OEM but the cheap price will keep me from returning it.

Pros: The installation of this replacement fan was easy to do. Just unbolt the radiator from under the car (both sides) and drop out the old fan. Shift the radiator out of the way a bit to get the old motor past the frame. This new radiator fan was easier to install, as it's thinner than the old fan I had (Bosch). Cons: I don't expect it to last as long as my original, but the price was good.

My daughter was driving back to the university when she had to pull over because her Saturn ION is making a terrible noise, feeling vibration throughout the car. I asked her some questions, she said no CEL/SES, and that the gauges are at nominal, no weird pulling to left or right, but the lower radiator hose was vibrating. I said go ahead and drive to school. She called me later and said 45mins later, the vibration stopped.
My wife and I drove to her townhouse (2.5 hrs). My daughter said the noise and vibration is every now and then.
The issue was pieces of the OEM radiator fan broke off, causing an imbalance. When the fan was on, it would vibrate like crazy!
This Dorman part although not exact, fit perfect. Buy some tie wraps or zip ties so you can secure your cables.
Raise the front of the car on ramps/jackstands, but not so high that you can't work under the hood. You need to be able to work under the car, and under the hood(Use common sense here folks, chock rear tires, etc. and be safe). Unbolt the lower radiator mounts, and the radiator tips out far enough to slide the radiator fan housing out from the bottom of the car. I got it done in less than an hour.
