Its limited lifetime replacement, meaning if the part is having issues you can replace it. The only thing that voids this warranty is if you put it on the wrong vehicle its not specified for or if you sell the car the warranty does not go to the new owner.Answered on 9/4/2010 by MARIE from AAP
