      Hi Fred, good question! The wheel will usually need to be removed to gain access to this sensor. These are mounted to the back side of the hub bearing.

    have a 2002 gmc sonoma had a inner tie rod changed on it the guy pulled the abs sensor out and put it back in now when i get on the brakes easy it sounds like it kicks on and charges is there a way to reset this system....

      NO. THE ABS ACTUATOR WHICH IS ON TOP OF THE BRAKE LINE CAN FIX THE PROBLEM. IT ALSO HAS A SWITCH TO IT.
