      Hi Zzhuntd, I'm glad to assist you! This Dorman - OE Solutions Air Door Actuator - Part No. 604-234 fits both passenger side and driver side for your 2011 Ford F150. This is a blend door actuator, replaces the OE # AA5Z19E616B, AA5Z19E616C and AL3Z19E616A.
