Very Happy with this product.. saved us a good $150 plus.. we don't care about air conditioning anyway ... not much room to get original air conditioning pump out, but after this.. was an EASY install. Hoping it saves us some gas mileage- read this somewhere on a review !

I'm happy to help, JUD! You can tie the A/C line back out of the way or unhook them from the vehicle.

          • Q:

What do you do with the wiring from the air conditioner compressor? I have a fan on my 1997 Lumina that runs when the compressor turns on, How do I get it to turn on with no compressor?
Asked on 8/6/2013 by OL School Chevy from Wheaton, IL

            1 answer

            • CUSTOMER CARE

              A:

Normally the fan and the compressor will be operating cycling on and off with the compressor. To run the fan with no compressor, you may need to modify the wiring which is not a recommended modification as per the manual. I would suggest taking your vehicle to a certified mechanic for a proper diagnosis before buying and having parts installed that may not (solve/be) the problem.
