Q:Can this be used in a heating oil tank? My oil supplier recommends it.
A:I'm glad to assist, Jiminpa! I spoke with Power Service in regards to the use of Diesel 9•1•1 (Part No. 8025-12) in heating oil. It is safe to use with heating oil. It is important to note that Diesel 9•1•1 is used to reliquify gelled fuel, while Power System Diesel Fuel Supplement Plus Cetane Boost (Part No. 1025-12), in the white bottle, is intended to prevent gelling. All Power System supplements and additives are compatible with home heating oil.
