Easy to install on my 2001 Mazda Protege. Just remember how the wires were run and re-route the new wires the same way.

          • Q:

I have a 2000 Mazda Protégé 1.8L automatic. There is a check engine light on and a downstream O2 sensor code thrown. What P/N O2 sensor (and anything else) do I need? The car has 152 K miles and runs very well. Good mileage, performance and starts first try. Thanks.

              A:

To help you in a better manner, if you could please include the year, make, model and engine specification of the vehicle and we would be better able to assist you. Generally for newer models for distinguishing oxygen sensors from Upstream/Downstream, they are specified as Wide-Band oxygen sensors for Upstream side and Narrow-Band oxygen sensors for Downstream side.
