Wrong Application For My 03 Camry

      By

      from Pittsburgh PA

Comments about Denso Oxygen Sensor - Direct Fit:

Posted another review that was 100% accurate and painted Advance in not such a flattering light however they wouldn't post that review. I guess you could call it selective censorship. Bottom line after acquiring this sensor found out it is not correct for my 03 Camry as it is listed for on Advance website. Talked to tech people at Denso and they confirmed that info.Would believe it is a good sensor when applied correctly.

          A:

With reference to inquiry on the Denso Oxygen Sensor Direct Fit - Part No. 234-4603, just shorting out the long sensor output wire will not usually hurt the sensor. This simply grounds the output voltage to zero. Once the wiring is repaired, the circuit operates normally. For any further assistance please feel free to call us at: 1-877-238-2623 or visit the nearest Advance Auto Parts store and one of our Parts Pros will gladly assist you with any questions or concerns you may have.
