Comments about Curt Class 1 Fixed-Tongue Trailer Hitch:
I bought this hitch for my 1992 Loyale wagon. I figured it would be a close enough fit even though it is not included in the application chart. It would have been a direct fit, but apparently Loyale's have extra long bumpers (as does my 1987 GL wagon). I wouldn't have been able to mount the hitch without removing the bumper entirely, so I drilled a new hole in the draw bar (2" away from the original hole that Curt drilled) in order to move the draw bar/ball back 2" to clear the bumper.
Lining up the bolt pattern was very difficult. I HAD to oil the bolts and muscle them in with a ratchet. Very easy to cross thread too because the hitch was preventing them from threading in straight without a fight. Make sure you seal the bolts in the tool box with something (I used silicone), because water loves to get in there any chance it gets.
