            Easy to install - it took me all of 5 minutes to do both front and rear plates. Fits perfectly and works well to protect the plate from bugs, debris, etc.

              Since it is rounded (bubble)Anybody can look at it and realize you would not use it with a frame. serves it's purpose very well to cover tag without frame.

                      a good rule of thumb is that if you have to ask yourself if it is illegal, no matter how harmless- it isn't. Especially something that gives those police people a reason to pull u over and check your papers and search you.

                      Everywhere I've checked, they are illegal. Keep in mind that the purpose of a license plate is so the numbers can be read. Anything that reduces the ability to that is likely illegal.
