Comments about Carquest Wearever Master Cylinder - New:

Not the easiest part to install. Ford has not been the best for home mechanic. Special tools and a lot of parts to remove to replace this master cylinder.

Comments about Carquest Wearever Master Cylinder - New:

After looking through the installation guide I chose to have my local mechanic install the Cardone Select Master Brake Cylinder and I'm glad I did. My 1994 Taurus, there are many componets to remove to acces the master cylinder. Also, if you decide to self install, make sure you have a workbench and follow the included installation instructions as there is a specific procedure to soak and seat the seals.
