Comments about Carquest Wearever Brake Drum - Rear:

Bought two of these brake drums and both of them would make the car shake really bad. Going by the mechanic said the rotors were warp, replace them still hard vibrations, which led to front bearings being replaced, that didn't work, replaced brake calipers and still the shake. Replaced front struts, coil springs, and strut mounts. Then onto to the four motor and transmissions mounts. They were not cheap. Also replaced front and rear brake shoes and pads, and wheel cylinders. Put back on the original brake drums that are twenty years old and the shaking and vibrations stopped. Bought one drum at the store and was not given a receipt and they will not honor the return of the part. So far I've bought three brake drums. Returned two and I'm stuck with a big chunk of scrap metal it's only use is of a jug line. Thousands of dollars later it runs good with the factory break drums. Never ever going to purchase anything from Advance Auto Parts. They sell nothing but inferior auto parts.
