Comments about CARQUEST Water Pump - New:

This product fit perfectly, has a great warranty, and the price was right. I drive this vehicle every day, at least 50 miles a day and it has held up fine so far. The store staff was friendly when I entered the store, and the had the product waiting for me. That made the transaction very quick and easy. The coupon codes make online shopping the only way to go, and make the prices more reasonable than just about anyone out there. Every experience I have had with that store and this company in general has been positive.

I recommend purchasing a Haynes repair manual specifically for your vehicle. This should be able to assist you further into detail on how to repair or replace specific parts.

Where is the water pump located on my 1999 Nissan sentra? 1.6L

        A:

If you look at the pulleys on the motor, down at the bottom you should see a larger pulley with two belts running on it. Above this pulley, there should be two more pulleys slightly to the left. The pulley closest to the vertical centerline of the previous mentioned pulley with the two belts should be your water pump pulley. This pulley is attached to your water pump so that is where the water pump on your vehicle should be located.
