Comments about CARQUEST Starter - Remanufactured:

Installed in car, hit the key and it spun but did not engage. Can't tell if the solenoid did not engage or it did not fit correctly. Slight size difference between manufacturers part.

        Installation Advise

Installation of this should be pretty easy. Only two bolts hold it in place. Once you take it off just put the new one back on the same way and be sure to tighten the bolt down tight. If there are any shims installed with the starter be sure to put those back on the same way with the new starter.
