OEM starter had 175,000 miles on it when it went. Purchased this on online through the website without any problems. My local store had it ready in no time, and the starter was an exact fit replacement to the original. Virtually identical in appearance and functions perfectly.

avoid buying these rebuilt starters, I have a 2001 Nissan maxima with only 74 thousand miles, the OEM starter went up at 62000, and I made the mistake of buying remanufactured. I have put 3 in, in the last 12000 miles, they have all been covered under warranty, but it is a pain having them fail like this and going through the trouble of taking it out and putting the new one in.

Bought this starter based on sales associate's recommendation. The wire coming from starter to solenoid looked cheap. Installed and it fit properly. Within one week the starter burned while driving.

Great starter, works perfectly, replaced old starter with excessive amperage draw, thought battery was the issue, vehicle would not start sometimes even after driving for long distances, determined to be starter seizing up, was drawing close to 300 amps to start, new starter once installed drew less than 90, and starts extremely quickly.

After installing the starter still having trouble starting, the check engine light is on maybe something else is causing it not to start properly. Anyways the starter seems to be fine.

I could be wrong, but I think it's the same as the infiniti I30. If so, it's directly below the air box.
