i purchase the first one and it leaked within 2 weeks i then returned it and ended up at a different advance location. I purchase the next one only to find that this one was an exact match to my oem. Seems ready rad has different makers the first one had trans line quick connects in the box that i had to install and Where very tight on the lines this rad started leaking from the drain in 2 weeks. and before that i always had a low coolant light coming on. The second ready rad from vista pro had the quick connects already installed and the lines snaped right in with little effort.also the whole rad seemed larger and exacted to the oem that i took out. so far no leaks and NO low Coolant light .the first ready rad had brass quick connect that you install into what appeard to be aluminum screws Also the drain plug is different then the oem and the vista pro ready rad had brass on brass quick connects and the same drain plug as Oem..like i said buyer beware! 2 different versions ...ones made cheap and one is made a lot better..All in All had no Problems with the exchange advance auto stands behind what they sell and has the best price ..that i found!

Comments about ToughOne or Ready-Rad Radiator:

It is a great direct fit, it took me about 2 hours from getting started to getting cleaned up. Make sure to take the clips off of your old radiator and transfer them to the new one. Also be sure to take the clips on the transmission cooler off of the new one so you're not bothered when you put it in.**dont unscrew the connectors on the transmission cooler, they are quick connect parts**

Radiator was easy to install and use.
Very lightweight and cost was comperable to competitor's prices.
When installing this radiator make sure you notice the brass quick connect lines for the oil to go through. I did not notice them and spent a little more time than needed uninstalling them from the old radiator just to notice that they came on the new one.
Also: make sure and use the proper coolant with this radiator, i have used the universal stuff before and the results have not been the same. very pleased over all though.

Comments about ToughOne or Ready-Rad Radiator:

Old radiator sprunk a hole in the center of the fins. I got tired of topping off the water everytime I went to drive it. I bought/installed this radiator about 6 months ago and have driven the car daily ever since. No problems whatsoever. Installation was easy although time consuming. I have to just about dismantle the front of my 2002 Impala in order to get it in. However, this is a function of the car's design and not the fault of the radiator. All fittings (hoses and screws) matched and included a new petcock.

With 175,000 miles, this new radiator should last the life of the vehicle.

Comments about ToughOne or Ready-Rad Radiator:

I opened the box and the fittings were factory installed for the oil lines. I installed the radiator and put everything back together. I found an oil leak caused by the lack of teflon tape on the oil cooler fittings. I wrestled with the tight space and pulled the fittings off so I could put them back on properly. Other than that I have no issues with the unit.

I'm happy to help, Donner94! One way to find out which radiator you have is to measure the core with a tape measure or a ruler. Also, the radiator with the 1" core utilizes an EOC/TOC Quick Connector system, there is an installation notice located here: http://showmetheparts.com/BIN/documents/VistaPro/3_Attn_56.pdf
