    Where is the rear heater core located in a 1999 Ford Expedition and how do I access it?

      A:

      The heater core is usually located behind the dash and would have to be accessed from the dash. However with out the presence of your vehicle we cannot provide you with a 100% answer.

      driver side behind the trim/vent in the back below the rear window. If the third seat is installed it will have to be removed. Once the seat is out of the way and the trim/vent is removed it is a fairly simple job to change out.
