    Comments about CARQUEST Heater Core:

This was a replacement core for my 1994 Caravan. I was able to replace the core without removing the WHOLE dash. The large plastic, lower section of the dash comes off. Then remove about 30 screws and a dozen metal brackets. The heater box can then be squeezed out. I also replaced the heater hoses. The whole job took me 7 hours.
The first thing I did not like was the two foam seals that it came with were not long enough. I had to get another piece to put on the bottom of the core and this piece also had to be thinner than the one supplied so the core would fit down into the case.
Second was the warm air coming off the core had a STRONG odor for about the first 3 days then it got better. It was not an antifreeze smell, it was the copper and solder of the new core. If I were to do it again I would have soaked the new core in bleach before installing it.

      Comments about CARQUEST Heater Core:

the heater core is a great buy. Fits perfect and the heat it provides afterward is great. The whole thing about this job is the installation. you must be handy and have a good memory also knowledable when it comes to automechanics because on a 95 caravan you have to take out the whole dashboard, i mean everything, just to get to the enclose case that holds the core.
