I have just put two of these pumps in my truck in 2 weeks. The pump is REALLY loud. Any idea why this would happen? The first one was missing to. Now i just had the second one put in and it runs fine, but it is REALLY load.

          A:

Sometimes aftermarket replacements pumps are just load unfortunately. Another thing that may be a cause of the noise is that the fuel tank does not have enough gas in it to completely cover the pump and muffle the sound.

        • A:

The load springs are weak and vibrate on the fuel tank. The plug is bad about getting hot and loseing connection. Also fuel gage gets off
