Comments about CARQUEST Fuel Pump Module Assembly:

The pump lasted approximately two months and then completely stopped working! I wish I had more time to read reviews about this pump before making the purchase but I needed to repair the car quickly so I could get to work the next day. This is the pump that my local Advance store had available at the time. I completely regret buying this pump assembly as it is complete garbage. If you look at other reviews for the both the pump and the complete assembly, everyone seems to have the same issue with this pump having a very short lifespan. I do not recommend buying this pump under any circumstances!

        About Me Mechanic

Comments about CARQUEST Fuel Pump Module Assembly:

Replaced original fuel pump that lasted 13 years. First replacent lasted 1 1/2 tank of fuel or about 1 1/2 weeks. Fuel pump check valve failed, causing fuel to bleed back into tank, and no, there is no pressure regulator on the engine. Second pump lasted 2 weeks, 2 tanks of fuel, same story....junk!! Next one will be a Ford pump only, getting tired of replacing this thing!!
