Comments about CARQUEST CV Shafts New CV Axle Shaft Assembly:

I had a rear axle on my 02 WRX that was clicking, metallic thunk, when I first got rolling out from being parked. It would thunk when backing out when I pulled in front first to parking spot.

The axles showed up well packaged and promptly.

The axles included the axle nut, were wrapped well inside the box etc.

They looked just like the ones they replaced, only less rusty and less used looking.

Since I was doing both, I got my car on a lift, dropped the diff low enough to get both axles out. I only did one at a time of course, didn't want to misalign the diffs gears, just being overly cautious.

Boots on the shafts looked good. Clamps looked good. When I do my fronts I'll use the same brand.
