All CARQUEST axles have a new zinc dichromate plated nut or attaching hardware. CV joint grease has a high moly content. The boot bands are made from stainless steel, and the boots are manufactured to resist wear and damage due to extreme high and low temperatures.

This was my first time ever changing and axle - from start to finish in just under two hours. Hardest part was taking the bolt out of the sway bars. The axle went right in with no issues.
