Comments about CARQUEST CV Shafts New CV Axle Shaft Assembly:

These axles were being used to replace the OEM axles because the truck had been lifted and due to the extreme angle the CV Joints were in, the original boots had busted. The replacement axles were made with smaller, more flexible boots and were both easy to install. The only problem I had was that the retainer clip on the inner joint was spread open too far and made installation impossible until I removed the retainer off the original axle and swapped it with the one on the replacement axle. After that, no other problems.
