Comments about CARQUEST CV Shafts New CV Axle Shaft Assembly:

Had a boot rip on an OEM axle with over 150K miles; replaced with one of these. Got about a thousand miles after the replacment and the outer boot developed a small pin hole. Took back to store and said the CV was making a noice to get a replacment under warranty. (Note: warranty doesn't cover boot failure; only dry rot, not holes or rips.) The second axle after about 500 miles developed a similiar pin hole but in a different location. The axles maybe a cheap replacement, but you are getting what you pay for.

I have an OEM with a boot torn on it - so I bought this axle and now I have gone through 2 of them both snapped the outer cv joint -- my oem axle works better than there GSP axles - looked online and I see many with the same probelm from clicking and wobbling to snapping in half.

Actually, yes it will fit. Any axle for an EM1 (99-2000 SI) will fit any civic or integra with a B series engine.
