All CARQUEST axles have a new zinc dichromate plated nut or attaching hardware. CV joint grease has a high moly content. The boot bands are made from stainless steel, and the boots are manufactured to resist wear and damage due to extreme high and low temperatures.

      Easy to install, coupons for discount along with a sale price. Very well manufactured, other car parts stores don't even stock it, they have to get it from the warehouse. So you will be waiting to fix your car.

      Bought this from Advance solely because they were the only store that had it in stock, and the car wes needed in a hurry.. Boots were noticably seeping grease immediatly after a 3 mile test drive. Poor fitment inside the transmission caused the axle to "wobble" and destroy the bearing in the transmission. At this point is doesn't look as though Advance is even going to warranty the axle, let alone labor and costs to repair the transmission
