Comments about CARQUEST CV Shafts New CV Axle:

The price of this axle was great, but it comes with some drawbacks. As stated in another review, when the suspension is bottomed out while on a lift, the axle will not rotate. Three days after installing, the boot tore and all the grease has come out of the outer joint.

Now I have to find time to take it out and replace it, this time with another brand of axles.

      Not like OEM

Comments about CARQUEST CV Shafts New CV Axle:

CV Shaft has less articulation than OEM. When on the lift at full suspension droop the shaft binds and wheel will not rotate. Weight must be on the suspension before this shaft will allow the wheel/hub assembly to spin freely.

Install was moderately difficult. I think this axle is a bit short. It is noisy as well. Appears to be well built.

Comments about CARQUEST CV Shafts New CV Axle:

The CV axle seems to be well machined and assembled with good CV boots. Comes with new axle nut as well. Packaging for a 30 pounds CV Axle is a little weak and do not prevent the CV axle from shifting in its packaging during shipping, Something for the manufacture to consider improvement to prevent shipping damage. But if you are picking it up from stores you shouldn't have to worry about shipping damages. Axle is easy to install, if you are a DYI I would recommend doing a youtube search for install video first before tackling a CV axle swap on a truck.
