Comments about CARQUEST Clutch TECHnovation Clutch Master Cylinder:

Fits very well in my 2007 Ford Focus. The friction point of the clutch pedal seems to have shifted a little bit, but otherwise this works just fine. It's been working great for 3 weeks so far. Installation can be tedious, but that has nothing to do with the part itself.

Comments about CARQUEST Clutch TECHnovation Clutch Master Cylinder:

Right off, the Perfection Clutch box stated "made in germany". I was expecting to see "made in china". This clutch master cylinder (CMC) is labeled LUK which was a great surprise. It comes with two new line clips. There are some brief instruction and warranty papers included.
Installation was the same as expected on any Focus CMC I have replaced. The Focus CMC is located inside the cabin near your clutch pedal. Use care when opening the hydraulic lines since brake fluid damages paint. Once the new CMC is installed you will have to bleed the clutch line to restore your clutch pedal. I suggest a pressure bleed systems to help. Your brake system will also need bleeding since Ford foolishly shared the same fluid reservoir. I expect this to perform the same as the OEM part.
