Im sure if chevy would of put this style in the truck in the first place I wouldn't have needed to changed it. But they like putting plastic things where they dont need to be. all in all a great product for replacement

Comments about CARQUEST Clutch TECHnovation Clutch Master Cylinder:

An OK replacement part, and worth it's price. My only gripe was that it's not a tooled aluminum part, as the ad implied.(but I did not disassemble it to look inside the cylinder). The body is made of a plastic or vinyl substance. Possibly slightly thicker than the same part from ten years ago, which I replaced.

I'm happy to help, Gator! The line that connects to the bottom of the Perfection Clutch TECHnovation Clutch Master Cylinder (Part No. 350042) connects to the slave cylinder. This will fit GM trucks with a 5.7L 350 CID V8 from 1992-1995 with an NV4500 manual transmission.
