Comments about CARQUEST Clutch TECHnovation Clutch Master Cylinder:

        - The metal construction beats the OEM plastic unit hands down.
        - The jeep design make changing the Master cylinder easy but find an instructional youtube before you start. The push-pin holding in the fluid line is a surprise.
        - Also, on the YJ generation bleeding is a lot easier and doesn't require and stint under the vehicle.

Comments about CARQUEST Clutch TECHnovation Clutch Master Cylinder:

Good replacement part. Unfortunately it was not the solution to my problem but it was good to replace. It came with all the necessary parts to replace including roll pins and o-ring for the line that runs to the slave cylinder. Only down side is that is had not come with the clip that secures it to the pedal. But i am only complaining because i do not have one.

        Terrible reliability

        By

Comments about CARQUEST Clutch TECHnovation Clutch Master Cylinder:

Never again. Terrible product. Blew the seals after 1year warranty, leaked fluid all over my carpet, ruining the carpet.
Buy a product with lifetime warranty, that way if it fails, it can be swapped out.
        No stars from me.

Comments about CARQUEST Clutch TECHnovation Clutch Master Cylinder:

I purchased one about a year and a half ago when I was putting a new clutch in my jeep. This vehicle is a daily driver and never goes off road or gets driven hard. It has over200,000 miles on it and this part has less than 20000. I'm not at all satisfied with this product and do not recommend. The warranty is one year and it breaks 6 months after that. Why would i buy
          another one from here?
