      Hi Scott, I'm glad to assist you. This CARQUEST or S.A. Gear Chain Tensioner Adjuster Hydraulic (Part No. 8437) does not include crush washers.

      Yes it is, and is accessable through the passengers side wheel well.
      The other one is on the top driverside front corner of valve cover area, sticking out behind the thermostat housing, and yah need to either be real good, or just be safe and remove the intake to change that one. It also looks different and has an extended head on it so you need a deepwell socket. 27mm.= 1.06"
      Be sure to change the crush washers and torque properly, 46 ftlbs with new washers, or 64ft lbs usuing the old, not advisable,, but check to be sure on that, and also for oil leaks when you start it.
      After engine starts, they use oil pressure to hold tension as the internal springs only do the job during the startup.
