if the efi fuse keep blowing is it due to a bad efi relay

          A:

If the EFI fuse keeps blowing then it is not an issue of a bad EFI relay but a short of wire on your O2 sensor. Trace the wiring from the O2 sensor back to the main harness. It could have melted from leaning against the exhaust pipe. Usually it shorts near the sensor where the wires can flop onto the hot exhaust, insulation melts and that causes the short. It depends on the vehicle, for several early 90 model Toyota's it is located behind the glove box or in the floor board beneath the glove box. Toyota usually has it labeled "Starter relay" but you have to pull it out in order to see it.
