    What is the difference between this one and part no 31062. this one is $30 more but its the same part and it says they both fit a 1995 Honda Accord EX 4cyl.?

      Part number 31063 is for a Accord Ex with a Vtec engine. Part number 31062 is for an engine that is not Vtec.

      The IAC valve is located on the back of the silver air intake chamber.
