This Dayco timing belt tensioner adjuster should be replaced if needed. Most people that change their timing belt will wait until the second round at 200K to replace this part. But I went ahead and changed it just to be on the safe side. Do not pull that coder pin until ready to install because you'll have a tough time trying to get the hydraulic piston back inside.
