This will fit in a 2003 Camry - 2AZFE. Sure it seems a bit tight like people have mentioned, but it DOES fit in this vehicle. You will likely (be a lot easier) need a second hand for someone to either:

1) Pull the tensioner w/a breaker bar (recommended) or
2) Have them slide on the belt when you are holding the tensioner.

I had trouble doing this myself, then asked for a hand and we had it done in a few minutes. Had it on for ~5K miles so far and no issues whatsoever.

Belt was too short for my 2005 Toyota camry. Broke 2 tension bars trying to put in. Read other reviews about these belts being too short. Decided to go to Toyota dealer. Took me 3 minutes to put their belt on with the use of a large socket and no tension bar. Spent 60 bucks instead of [$] but it was well worth it.

Too short

Comments about CARQUEST by Dayco Poly Rib Belt:

I have an 05 Camry 2.4L and this belt is too short. Some people may have gotten it on and were very lucky. I snapped two belt tensioners trying to fight this thing on. Then I did some research and found out that the over all length of this belt is 76.25"
other belts are 76.81" so save yourself some time, money and a huge headache and get the longer belt.

Comments about CARQUEST by Dayco Poly Rib Belt:

I installed this belt on a 2005 Camry with a 4cyl on 6/15/15 and like some of the other reviews I can also confirm that it does fit. I did not remove the passenger wheel or splash guard nor did I remove the top motor mount. I left the car on the ground. Like another reviewer for installation I found it easiest to slip the belt on the smooth water pump pulley last. Only thing I can add is I used a short breaker bar on the end of my ratchet to relieve tension on the belt and had a tie down (like you would use for an atv or motorcycle) ready so when I felt like I had all available tension removed (you'll feel it stop) I could put the strap on the breaker bar to hold the tension in place. Didn't need it so much to remove the belt but it helped putting it back on. It's not a loose fitting belt but it does fit. I installed it by myself in about 10 minutes and it did relieve the morning squealing problem that I had. All is quite now and I would buy this belt again.

Comments about CARQUEST by Dayco Poly Rib Belt:

I enjoyed installing this belt on 2004 Camry 4 cyl.
I watched a youtube video on 2007 Camry install.
I removed the top engine mount for better access and right front wheel with plastic cover.
After that snaked the belt in place, leaving water pump unconnected. An assistant loosened tension on tensioner with a 19mm socket and a long bar, while I slid the belt around water pump. Voila! It is perfect!

It took me about two hours to figure out what I needed to do. Removed top motor mount and Aluminum bracket under motor mount. Pull tensioner down slowly. Removing mount and bracket gives you the room to move tensioner farther down. You can see all the pulleys that belt goes on.

                          A:

It is some what difficult to do because of the spacing on the vehicle. As long as you take your time, and are able to get a rachet onto the tensioner pulley, you won't need any special tools. If you can not get the ratchet in place, there is a special tool that our stores should carry that would make the job alot easier.

On our website we have an "Advance Know How" section with video clinics. There are many videos there with different projects you can do yourself. One of the videos includes how to change a serpentine belt.
