Is not an "exact fit" for 2002 BWM 330i

Perfect fit. Easy to install if you have the right Torx tool to remove the original pulley's bolt, which is hidden under a pop-off cap. No need to buy the whole tensioner assembly!

Comments about CARQUEST by Dayco Idler Pulley:

Dayco #89158 70mm X 17mm X 32 Steel Smooth should work with stock & provide margin of safety for belt running off idler. Must install to check clearance on tensioner. I ordered a dayco 5060905 belt to use with dayco 89006 steel idler pulley, 90mm X 17mm X 30mm Steel Smooth. Effective width estimated at 30mm - 4.5mm = 25.5mm because of edge radius. Lower pulley rpm = increased like.
