Comments about CARQUEST by Dayco Idler Pulley:

IS300---As some have stated it needs washers instead of the factory hardware that secures it to the mount. Easy fix if you have a clue in the world. Does look slightly larger than the factory pulley as well if that matters to you.

Should not say direct fit, but you shouldn't be replacing things on your car without a clue on how to make things work.

not exact fit for 2000 tundra

Comments about CARQUEST by Dayco Idler Pulley:

Like others have mentioned, I had to build a shim using a thick washer (about 1/8") to make it work. Otherwise, it would not turn. Looking at the original part and the new one you can see the new one is recessed too deep causing scrubbing - actually if I tightened the pulley to the motor without the shim it wouldn't even turn. It seems to be working just fine after adding the shim- time will tell.

Even though this did not solve the aqueaking problem the bearingin the original part was dry and needed to be replaced.there is a camshaft position sensor under the electronic coil assembly that was squealing very loudly,it previously was called a distributor,it's base is the same and it need lubrication,it is hidden under the coil pack and difficult to locate.

This part is not an exact fit for 2002 Sequoia. WILL NOT WORK. The OE factory bolt and flared washer/bushing contact the pulley, not the bearing as designed. The pulley will not turn and the serpentine belt will be ruined.

Comments about CARQUEST by Dayco Idler Pulley:

It is not exact fit, as the bearing is further recessed than the oem pulley. It could be used with the right combination of washers as it would need to be shimmed on the outside to install.
