Comments about CARQUEST by Dayco Idler Pulley:

Bought to replace factory Pulley on A/C belt. First store had wrong part in box. Drove across town for next available store. Upon installing there was a some play in the bearing. The amount of flex in the bearing was not enough to make it worth returning to yet another store.

Comments about CARQUEST by Dayco Idler Pulley:

Please note this pulley has a "shallow" and a "deep" dished faces on apposing sides. So, before you remove the old pulley, put a mark on the side that is easy to mark on so you can install the new pulley in the same orientation.

Bolts right up to a 1999 Chrysler 300M. When changing the Accessory belt I would also change this pulley too. Its just as good as OEM at a cheaper price.

Well this all depends on the skill level of whoever is removing or replacing the part. Some may have a harder time than others who have experience. I would recommend purchasing a Haynes repair manual specifically for your vehicle. This should be able to assist you further into detail on how to repair or replace specific parts.
