Comments about CARQUEST by Dayco Curved Radiator Hose:

As some others have mentioned this hose assemble is poorly put together, with the top hose misalligned with the thermostat housing. I'm glad I read that in advance as I was able to address it before getting under the car.

It is easy enough to fix. You just have to remove the clamp to the large upper hose (from the plastic T junction to the thermostat, break the hose loose and twist it 20-30 degrees to line up with the thermostat housing. This would be very difficult to do if you already started the installation, but was not difficult before then. Still, why should we have to realign it in the first place?

The OEM unit is a one piece design with a nice smoothly angled inlet for the overflow tank line. This unit is 3 separate hoses clamped to a plastic T junction using those nasty spring clamps. I don't see why it shouldn't hold up okay, but the quality is not near OEM.

The design of this hose is worthless had to replace all factory installed clamps as they all leaked. The plastic T cracked and dumped all of the coolant out of the cooling system

Junk. Leaking at connector directly after installation. If you've ever looked at your car you know this is a pain to replace. Not looking forward to doing it two days in a row. Fitment was not greater either.

Comments about CARQUEST by Dayco Curved Radiator Hose:

The part was made with quality. But, when I took off the OEM hose and compared it to the Dayco the hose that went off to the thermostat housing(T design off main lower hose) was not molded at the correct angle to line up with housing. Couldn't get the hose over the housing since it was at the wrong angle. Had to finally put some grease on the hose and housing, that worked but no happy. Been running the car for 2 weeks thank goodness it doesn't work.
