Dayco No Slack Automatic Belt Tensioners are specifically built to outperform and outlast competitive OE parts. Each component is built to resist rust, endure the toughest of conditions while promoting quieter performance and longer life.

Product Features:
  • Manufactured with a specially coated patented flat wire spring to allow the internal tension to be concentric, thus providing a more even degree of constant tension
  • The patented Deflected Arm Plate dampens arm movement, prolonging the life of the tensioner by limiting the amount of rotational movement

I've been through two of these in the last six months, both breaking off after a couple months of use. Very poor quality, flawed housing doesn't stand up.

It was a bit difficult to install, but thats not the stores fault. Not only did the store people identify the problem, they also gave me tips on installing. I also got 20% off for ordering on line and picking up at the store.

                • Q:

What does "Light Duty" mean? For example, is this "Light Duty" tensioner for casual drivers, performance racers, or commuting drivers? I drive 60 miles everyday in stop-and-go traffic, so is this considered "Light Duty?"
