    I have a 1949 Plymouth Business Man's Deluxe with a 6 volt system, will this regulator work and how can I test the old one to see it is working correctly.

      For help with your project, I recommend purchasing a Haynes repair manual specifically for your vehicle. This should be able to assist you further into detail on how to repair or replace specific parts.
